    At VibraBall™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

    Returns
    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
    • The item must be in its original packaging
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
    • Returns are accepted only if the product or any of its components are defective, damaged, or not functioning as intended upon arrival

    Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

    • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
    • Items returned without original packaging

    Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

    Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. A 20% restocking fee will also be applied to cover handling, inspection, and depreciation costs.

    Order Cancellations
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped.
